Thanks very much guys, it was a joy to write. My Ed was very cool too as he did his best to give us as much room as possible, there was a little bit of cutting done but pretty much everything there is as I originally wrote it.

Special thanks to Randell for the message on my answering machine (who doesn't love a nice pat on the back from friends and colleagues.
