Hi guys, I realise this may seem a little redundant as there is already a thread in this section covering the locations of some of our Aussie and Kiwi CST/RMAX'ers. I Just thought it would be really great to do this again as the old thread has gone kinda stale and I know that there are lots of new people getting into CST in Australia. I'm thinking short and sweet posts so we can all easily browse through them to see where we are all at in relation to both location and our CST practice (eg, some of us will be doing all the CST methods while others may just be doing one of them such as WW or Clubbells or Body-Flow).
Well, here goes...

Name: Stuart McDermid
Location Sydney (Ryde area)
CST Experience:
Work with warrior wellness, clubs and various martial arts resources for about a year now. I run an RMAX study group out of my garage. I have no real clubbells but one of ours has a metal lathe and is quite handy. We have steel clubs with cricket bat grips in pretty much all the weights. On the weekend I managed to snatch CTO our "bruiser" and hold for a couple of seconds.
Other Health and Fitness Interests:
Have been in martial arts most of my life. Gave away formal training about 3 years ago to train myself and haven't looked back since.
Martial Arts.
Pure RMAX these days but years of previous training are fairly obvious in my movement.

Stu.

I started with Warrior Wellness and recently got Softwork and Integrating Structure for my birthday. Big thanks to Matt and Rmax for getting them here in time for my daughters to give them to me.
Martial Arts- a bit of everything started with Judo and most recently I've been doing a bit of Indonesian Pencak Silat.
I'd like to get a group together down the track, but for now I'm just getting it down solo myself.
Take Care,

Hi Tim,
Thanks for the thanks :D , I'm just glad to be of help, we are a service business who just happened to get involved with selling some great products. I bet the Silat is interesting, i think I mentioned once before that I had spent a few hours training with a mate in PD Silat and even that short time was enough to apporeciate how interesting it could be.
Thanks for posting mate, I hope to get this thread happening so that we all have a nice long list of all our Aussie CST friends. This will be great for helping everyone learn from each other and feel comfortable sharing ideas and experiences.
Who will be next? Drum roll please :D

Awesome,
Just think how cool it would be if every single Aussie with an interest in RMAX/CST adds themselves to this list, it would be terrific. We'd all know just how many people nearby are into our way of thinking/training and as such it'd be a great opportunity to catch up, swap ideas, get the benefit of someone else's experience and more. It could even lead to the formation on training groups etc. I've just started a CST class at my studio on Thursday nights, it only came about because someone was keen and they decided to get a few friends to come along, they're loving it, see it helps when we know how is around the place doesn't? :D
Keep em comin guys and gals,
Matt :D
