Hi everyone. I'm a 52 and have been thinking about trying Clubbells. I mainly train with Kettlebells as well as doing some deadlifting. I've laid off training almost completely for the past 3 weeks because of a (self-diagnosed) tendonitis in my left elbow. I can DL 300 pounds with no pain, but I couldn't pull a dictionary off the shelf without a great deal of pain. The rest has helped a lot, but it's been driving me crazy not training the way I'd like to. Would you advise that I not try any Clubbell exercises until my tendonitis is healed or would training with them help to rehab my elbow.
By the way, any other folks using Clubbells in the Twin Cities?

Mark, welcome to the CST Tribe! It would depend upon the severity of the condition. However, get "unloaded" with Warrior Wellness to facilitate your recovery. Keep us advised of your progress!
