Hello to all,
I'm new to the site and the forum, which I found after reading some stuff on Scrapper's website. I'm a 35year old Army Staff Sergeant, always looking for interesting, effective workouts that can be done with minimal equipment and under varying circumstances, such as not having a gym to work out in for a long period of time. A big interest of mine is building functional strength through a full range of motion - stuff that will help with tasks like climbing ropes or walls, or moving over difficult terrain with heavy loads. Also building strength and wind for close-in fighting situations.
