On the topic of reciprocal movements... BeBreathed floor work is challenging for me as I've never been Ab guy. I'm always exerting by the last rep. Would the shoulder bridge be a good reciprocal movement to compensate for the ab workout I get from BeBreathed? I want to be sure I'm not misunderstanding the concept. My development plan calls for scaling up (reps and sophistication) BeBreathed and want to stem off any negative effects. Thanks.
