I was just wondering, if I am getting huge pains in my elbows, and usually feels a lot better before my workout again (2 Days rest). Does this sound like tendinitis? I have done some research on the internet (mayo-clinic), and it does sound like I can be suffering from tendinitis. I just want to see if there is anyone else that has experienced this pain. Thanks for the info.

Scott,
I am doing everything from full swings to perry. I have your video "Clubbell Trainig For Circular Strength" and can pretty much do everything on the video, but am still learning combos. I have not excercised for over 4 years before this, so take that into consideration too. Thanks.

I went to the doctor and found out it is tendinitis. Going throught the correct steps to heal the problem. Thanks for the help.

Joel,
Follow your physician's guidance, and make certain you are working two very critical principles from the CST System:
1. Incremental Progression (you shouldn't be "doing everything" but rather selecting one movement, practicing it 3X/week, 5 sets of 5 reps with at least 1 minute rest periods).
2. Selective Tension (grip the Clubbells with ONLY the appropriate to the force with which is required to carry them through the movement.)
