My First post here

Hello all. I am here because Bill Fox said something on the DD forum that made a switch go off in me & jump on the low carb wagon. I am down about 18 lbs in 3 weeks with another 40-45 to go. I will be there by April.

Bill, I cannot thank you enough. Also thanks to HumiliSpuer, who has been very generous in giving advice.

Given your other athletic acomplishments, I know you will be able to reach your body composition goals as well. Please post your progress and any questions or observations that come up. Hemi is indeed a great resource and there are lots of others with genuine insight here.
