Coach Sonnon,
In browsing through the program design section for something new to try I came across the program you outlined for Mal.The Double D has sparked my interest to see what it would do for me.

I'd just like to make sure I have the concept of ratchets correct before implementing the protocol.

Duration-20 minutes
Rest between sets-start at 24 seconds the first week and reduce by 2 seconds each week after.

Reps-1,2,3,2,3,4,3,4,5 etc.Not to failure.Terminate a set when form starts to break down.So there is no predetermined point where a "set" is ended?
