Hello,
My name is Mark Banda. I have been a longtime lurker on the previous forum. I'm currently following Coach Davies' Inner Circle workout. I have the Warrior Wellness tapes and use them for warmups and general joint range of motion. I'm mainly interested in strength gains and general conditioning for surfing.
I have been using kettlebells for the last year and will be adding clubbells soon. My training knowledge continues to expand with the help of Coach Sonnen, Pavel, Mike Mahler, and Coach Davies, and I'm sure this forum will continue to add to my knowledge. Hopefully, I can share my learnings with others.
