My 22 yo son broke both his wrists at 17. Being the hard headed teenager, he found something better to do than go to therapy. He is a motorcycle mechanic by profession and now he is experiencing constant pain and limited mobility. Is there any mobility exercises that would alleviate the pain?
Thanks,
Linda

Linda,
Others have found the elbow, wrist and finger exercises in CST; myself included after having my lower arm shattered at World Games.

Hi Linda,
I would suggest going to Coach Brown's site below, and click on the "Wrists, Hands, & Jedi Jokes" link, which details the basic Warrrior Wellness workout for those extremities, as well as having some good photos. A few minutes a day can make a huge difference.
