Cody has to have submitted the most original and creative exam I've had the privilege of reviewing to date. In his training progression, he managed to lucidly speak in 3rd person from the anthropomorphic perspective of the exercise viewing Cody trying to learn how to perform "him." It startled me at first, but then... was quite enjoyable.
Also, although not required, he also submitted a movie of his exercise which he composed called Hurling (http://www.circularstrengthmag.com/images/hurling.mov)- a very impressive use of shock absorption and restranslation.
Cody's been a highly active member in many ways, from Softwork to CST to the upcoming Body-Flow Softwork seminar. Although looking half his age, a testimony to his good physical work, this 42 year young athlete and coach is about to launch his competitive BJJ career... "just because." I respect that, and his intelligent, responsible progression shows compassion and patience.
I'm proud to have him as a member of the Instructor Cadre.
