Tribe,

I've been practicing the arching leg thread from Body-FLow.
What a fun movement!

I'm really excited about the arching leg thread because it seems to be the missing link for me in doing breakdance windmills.
I've been close to windmills for years but I've always bruised/cut my shoulders doing it.
So as you can imagine I stopped trying.
Resistance strikes again. :x

I'm working on completing the motion without grinding my shoulder area.
I've found that you can collapse and expand your shoulders to get the bony stuff out of the way.
I haven't quite worked it out yet and was wondering if anyone can do this on hard floors without bruising.
If so how do you do it?

If you want to get the windmill down I'm pretty sure it's a closed kinetic chain of Arching Leg thread + Double Leg Swoop.

Here's look at the windmill:

Much Success to You!

Aaron,

I've been working to incorporate a variation of this in my practice, but working from a one handed lever on one hand to a one handed lever on the other, via a two handed lever switch. Fun stuff.
