Don’t know if you saw the article in the Sunday Times or not but they have a fitness section in the Pacific NW Magazine section that explores different exercise philosophies and regimens, including tapes and books. I’ve been waiting for his article on the Body Flow.
I saw an article in the recent Seattle Times Sunday paper regarding vibrational training. This article mentioned a rather expensive machine used at the UW as well as many pro sports teams. The article mentions that the research originated in
the former Soviet Union which brought to mind the picture Scott paints on the Fisticuffs series of facing wrestlers vibrating wildly before matches. Anyway, I was curious if this was based on the same theories or was just a coincidence.
