It is pretty hard to convince most bodybuilers to use anything but dbs and barbells as a strength training mode. Recently i convinced a bodybuilder i work with to try one movement. That is all one movment. We have been performing cleans to order with a 4 second hold twice a week for about 4 weeks. His forearm hypertrophy has been significant.

Next week we will begin to incorporate a couple of new cb movements.

Bodybuilders give cbs a try.

If you focus on Performance Breathing with proper Clubbell form plus expand your exercise selection to more sophisticated movements such as in the ABCs, you'll convert that forearm development to mad body-wide mass gains. Give them the good pain. :twisted:

Great post and clubbells are also great for full shoulder development. Especially in the rear delts.
