This has been such an amazing journey... so much work, travel, and well... it was all such a blast!
This is the logical progression of Body-Flow Biomechanical Exercise, just like Body-Flow evolved out of the hall of fame winning Grapplers Toolbox. Followed to its natural conclusion, this film presents where physical, creative flow leads one through daily consistent deepening of one's personal practice.
Enjoy the new revolution, my friends. In the years to come, people will look back to this day and remember that this is where it all started, with us, here, now.

If you have only dial-up, then watch the 4MB trailer of this film! (http://www.circularstrength.com/images/prasarasmall.wmv)
Or if you have broadband, then check out this 40MB version! (http://www.circularstrengthmag.com/images/prasara.avi)
I'll have more to say later, lots actually... but for now I'll let the film trailer speak for itself. Click above. Spread the trailer far and wide to every forum you know. This film will change the entire notion of movement, and introduce flow as the pinnacle of athleticism.
We have several movie premiers in different States to be announced!!

Really, really nice. After watching all this unfold on the Forum over the last year and a half, it's obvious to me that this is the natural outcome of literally years of your personal exploration and practice. And not to be too gushy or anything, but even I could do it too, all I gotta do is, well, years of practice and exploration. Must reserve my place overlooking the ocean, and line up the cool music!

Thanks everyone! I'm so proud to share this film. It involved a mammoth effort of over a year of planning and preparation. The result became of a level so far surpassing anything I've ever done that I'm still shocked by it. This is simply, inarguably, the finest film ever created - physical exercise as a 'way' of personal transformation and transcendence.

Wow. Awesome Stuff. Is there a prerequisite of how deep into Bodyflow one should be before diving into this?

Perhaps not coincidentally, I'd been considering taking advantage of our company's fitness reimbursement policy, which includes Yoga studios. Yes, sign up for a Yoga class and start working in poses from Yoga into my Body-Flow practice.
I hope to pick this new DVD up at the seminar weekend. :)

Even though the trailer is music video production quality, it doesn't even do it justice. I'm telling you, people are not going to BELIEVE this film. I'm still shocked. We're very excited for the first round of premiers!
You know, i've been doing a lot of thinking and researching, and talking to my new bagua instructor as the old one has gone to Thailand, and i'm starting to see that Coach Sonnon's approach is just as good as the Eastern arts when it comes health and revealing the true self.
When they speak of chi energy it is just from what I can see, the path of the body, or how can I say it, the activity of the nervous system and the path it creates, it's not a literal independent force.
The way to be effective is to unite body and mind and rmax is a highly efficient way of doing it.
From watching this trailer I can see rmax is going to the next level in uniting body and mind, and i'm extremely impressed.
I would like to apologise to Coach Sonnon for talking rmax down a few weeks ago on the open forum, I see the error in my thinking and my faith has been restored in rmax, and I look forward to exploring it further.
Can I ask about this prasara film yet, or is going to be kept under wraps till the premier?
Once again, i'm most impressed.
Oh and before I forget, where can I get that music? do you have a artist and title of the track? or was it crafted specifically for the trailer?
Cheers.

When will we be able to buy our copies? I was very impressed with the clip content and quality. The timing is uncanny as I've started exploring yoga in combination with basic body-flow. Even if I'm not that advanced in the body-flow department, would Prasara still be applicable/appropriate for someone like me?

Ed,
I don't think you were being offensive. I believe you were/are misunderstanding the nature of RMAX.
What has been described as "chi" by some cultures, can be explained rationally by neuropeptide flow and distribution (and stagnation) throughout the organism. What has been described as "chakras" by other cultures can be explained rationally by the lines of nerve bundles running up the spine.
6 of one; 1/2 dozen of another. The goal is to not think of these as different 'energies' but rather different 'expressions' of the same truth... and then stick with one modality until you've grounded a certain degree of mastery before exploring others.
Aaron,
It is available for a special discount promotional offer now until AUG31 (while stock remains.)
Coach, thanks for explaining that, it makes a lot of sense; I should finish reading molecules of emotion to get a proper understanding of neuro-peptides.
Looking forward to seeing the new video!!
Cheers.

This is a VERY exciting thing! I am kind of overwhelmed by how far I have to go before trying any of what I saw on the trailer, but it is so inspiring! Great work, Coach!

Prasara is not about the specific movements demonstrated, but more about the breathing methods to get you deep into your practice from wherever you are NOW!

Ahhh, the Sacred Sensations of Anticipation... Mr.Postman, be blessed with Dynamic Mobility and Effortless Rapidity!!!
Yes, yes, yes! Prasara is looking to be the effective system for waking us up! A fundamental primer for true feedback of our experience here in reality, yet also an integration into the world of yoga so as to get this personal mastery business tipping Around the World!
I feel very appreciative when I contemplate this and all the work of yours, Coach. It meets my need for revolution

Paolo,
The entire movement basis of Body-Flow Biomechanical Exercises and Kinetic Chaining have evolved into Prasara, so yes, at a seminar, we will be practicing Prasara.

Paolo,
Where I will be contorting you with Body-Flow, my wife Jodie (a national sambo champ, long time yogini and jinshin jitsu practitioner) will be adjusting you with yoga - sewn together in an approach we call Prasara. It will be the most fun a grueling practice can be.

Hi coach :D ,
For overall health and range of motion flexibility, would you recommend prasara first or body-flow first for beginners ?

CHT,
First of all I believe that you are missing your name in your full name in your signature. Now onto your question.
Prasara or body Flow ????? ...for the beginner....
In my opinion Prasara is essentially body flow. However the advantages is that prasara, although designed towards trainees of yoga, is a complete package for the entire body. Prasara is designed so that if a person needs to start training CST, and isn't able to have a coach in their presence to direct their training, they will have a complete program that will target all areas of the body giving them the best option for improving their dynamic strength range of motion and useful flexibility. I have done work with the prasara on my students (beginners) they seem to be taking to it nicely. The key for beginners is to take small elements of the prasara and get those to a satisfactory relative technique standard then combine them to form the whole Prasara kinetic chain. However, I do recommend that you seek out a coach in your area or document your training (inclusive of pictures and if possible video) in this forum so that coaches from all around the globe will be able to help you on your journey.
So to repeat my opinion. I believe that if you are lookin for a completely structured program go for the Prasara and post your discoveries. If you like to create your own program then go for the body flow and warrior wellness....
Hope I have provided the answer you seek. would expand but i have to run. will check for your reply..
hi robbie :D ,
thanks for your response.
my fullname is on the tribal welcome mat but had added into the siggie on your request.
For the moment i thought nobody knows the difference since the prasara dvd/tapes is not out yet.
for people who had knees problem where the ROM is limited, would you recommend prasara ?
anyway will check it out once the rmax sales team replied my mail(perhaps they are still on holiday)
until then will let you know on my discoveries once i started.
Cheers 8)

Chang,
I like how you stated it "had knee problem". Is it that the knee problem is not a problem anymore? What type of knee problem was it and how has it affected your Range of motion (ROM). Are you sure that it was the knee problem that has affected your ROM in the joint or is it you daily habitual lack of moving the joint. All of these are questions which will affect my suggestion. You are a begginner correct? If you are what is your goal both short term and long term?
Once you know these then we as instructures can start really making reccommendations. If you have the extra time you could answer these questions and I am sure that we could make a more informed reccommendation as well someone would have the similar goal and additionally the experience of their journey to share with you. If possible and you have access to a CST Instructor I would strongly recommend some sessions. You can find a complete list of instructors here http://www.cstcoach.com/
Hope to hear from you soon.
PS. Look into starting a personal training log once you have decided what your goals are etc.. You can have a look at my group blog ( http://circularstrengthmag.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6243 ) as well as other blogs to see how you could start making you journal for maximum profit from this website.
hi robbie/reinaldo,
am a beginner at this and still had a knee problem which had cracking kinda sound when fully extended or even move rotationally while fully extended. Perhaps my juices are drying up, therefore my ROM can go fully extended after warm up and still do have some what of a sound sometimes.
This is also perhaps due to a past injury where i torn a right thigh ligament which might had cause my knee to be pressured.
short term goal, if possible perform bodyflow
long term goal, jump straight into softwork
been following more of softwork stuff so not sure whether i can do softwork without bodyflow as i'm not sure my knees will take too well to body flow. A penny for your thoughts.
Cheers

Chang -
Has a medical professional examined your knee and given you a diagnosis? It's impossible to tell much from your description.
I recommend that you proceed very cautiously and get a medical evaluation before getting ambitious. CST is great stuff, but it's not a cure-all. Injuries must be respected and collaborated with, and that's very difficult to do when the nature of the injury is uncertain.
When you know what's going on with your knee, start a thread on the Program Design Help Desk. With a proper diagnosis, we coaches will be happy to help you design an approach to help you move towards your goals. :)
Proceeding without an in-person professional diagnosis would be irresponsible of us.

Chang,
I Agree totally with Jason. You should have your knee evaluated by a doctor then from the report a decision of what can be done wrt designing a program for your recovery / enhancement.
