View Full Version : Is it possible to raise testosterone naturally?

Without using any supplements whatsoever like tribulis or zma etc?

I want to do a month and a half bodybuilding training because we have a sports massage unit at college after September, and my ego is all fired up and wanting to look good.

I don't want to take any supplements whatsoever because i'm really serious about my health now and i'm coming off medication next week as well.

Do you think maybe you can influence test release by certain breathing methods and thinking into your gonads?

It seems obvious that if you are naturally healthy through movement etc that your body will function to achieve peak performance at what you are doing in terms of lifestyle, so maybe when I start lifting it will adapt.

I've got a book on a very esoteric form of chi kung which has some very weird exercises to increase gonad size, but I can't find anything anywhere saying that would result in increased test production.

This is a really egotistically charged question, but it will only be a temporary deviation from my true path.

Thanks in advance for any tips!

Cheers.

You'll need to go to one of the numerous sites who will be all too willing to support that destructive behavior.

You know that it's not supported here, and I don't appreciate that despite knowing that, you went ahead and revisited this topic here when you've been told numerous times it's not supported.

I'm certainly not going to enable such "deviations" from health. In light of recent changes in behavior, it's a good idea for you to take a break from RMAX until such a time that your priorities happen to realign differently than the above message illustrates.

Coach, sorry I didn't think/know that was outside your accepted range of topic.

I wasn't talking about using any form of suplementation at all, just enquiring about if breathing could influence it.

As far as I know raised testosterone levels doesn't impact health at all; if i'm wrong I apologise.

I'll say sorry anyway, I honestly didn't think you would object to it

You didn't know I'd object to requests for help in hormone manipulation for bodybuilding, Ed? Come on. I'm locking this thread because I don't want any new people to be encourage to participate in such talk.
