Hi Guys,
I recently underwent some tests to try to determine the cause of my frequent peeing at night, and need to empty my bladder for relative small volumes.
I thought it may be some prostate related disorder.
I underwent a bladder & kidney ultrasound, blood test , urine test and had to keep both a fluid(consumption) and bladder(emptying) log.
Upon receiveing my results the urine was all clear as was the blood ,bladder and prostate.
However the ultrasound showed up a mild right sided hydronephrosis, which is not fully elucidated so that an IVP( Intravenous Pyelogram )might be needed .
As well, my bladder logs, showed that I have a need to empty upon a filling to a lesser volume than what is considered usual (my maximum was 150ml , well under the 300-500ml which is considered normal for someone my age and weightl , 36 years @ 82KG).
I have certainly noticed this in my day to day life.
I am still waiting for my doctor to confer with his associates and decide as to whether I will be put on pills, which should rectify the bladder disorder or to undergo more indepth tests involving a
catheter. :(
I am in good health in every other area of my life and my daily practise is for 2-3 hours on a normal day.
I was wondering if anybody would have any information they would be able to share with me regarding my condition.
Regards
Nate
