Hi, I'm Tom from Phoenix.
I don't know anything about martial arts but I train with weights 5 days per week in the traditional manner and power hike in the desert.
I am interested in becoming strong and fit from every angle instead of 5 or 6 that I currently train with weights. I'm hoping it will help my power and speed in general and in my weekend warrior sports of basketball and softball.
As an engineer with knowledge in biomechanics I could readily recognize the value of this type of training.
I hope the equipment (2-15 lb cb) arrives soon as I am anxious to begin.
