Hello,

I am 31 yrs old 190 lbs (want to get to 170 lbs !). I have been training in kung fu and Doce Pares Escrima. I noticed while stick fighting that I could never maintain a solid grip of the sticks while sparring or simply spinning the sticks for prolonged periods. I also like the aerobic aspect of clubbell training. I am extremely excited about CST and can not wait to order the CST book and video. I should be ordering my clubbells within the week. I am looking forward to participating in many discussions and absorbing as much knowledge as possible from everyone on this forum.

Luis, welcome to the CST Tribe! Thanks for your introduction. Read through the MA folder for Clubbell Training guidance for stickfighters. I look forward to reading your progress and discoveries.
