What a privilege this weekend was for Jodie and I! RMAX-thletes from USA and Canada converged on Lancaster, Pennsylvania for 8 grueling hours of deepening their intra and interpersonal physical practice. If anything we focused on the workshops' 3 dangers: what were they, team?

CST Head Coach Joe Wilson displayed his special combination of athletic excellence, wit and charm as he helped us through the rigors of the weekend's "relaxation" drills.

Special congratulations go to Ryan Murdock, Sr. Editor of CST Magazine, for accepting the invitation to be part of the CST Head Coaching Staff. He was inducted on Saturday night at the Staff dinner - an evening our servers may not forget for awhile. We'll be seeing Ryan more and more in the future, especially as he considers opening the first RMAX Gym in Western Europe.

So many new faces, and so many already known! Lots of smiles cutting the humidity of our training hall. It was a pleasure to jump in the drills and exercises with you. Thank you all for your hard and soft work, my friends!

We look forward to seeing you at the next seminar! Please keep us updated on your personal practices, and share with everyone your discoveries this weekend.

We'll post some photos hopefully before we leave Pennsylvania.

The three dangers we avoided:

dehydration
moving too quickly
inhaling

Thanks Coach, I've given my thoughts on the weekend in a separate post.

Great pics!

My thanks to the tribe and to Coach Sonnon for giving me the opportunity to apply my creative energies and to deepen my level of commitment in this new role. It's a little intimidating, to be honest. Big shoes to fill. One need only look at Dan, Doug, Brandon and Joe to see why. I''ll do my best to live up to the example that they have set.

It's a great honour to work with such talented, committed, genuine people. The seminar was great! And I enjoyed putting a few new faces to forum names that I'm so familliar with.

Now it's time to really get to work!
