My name is Mike, I'm based in Auckland NZ. I'm 28 years old and have been training various martial arts since I was 7.

It was the good vibe I got from Coach Sonnon's musings that brought me here... no doubt theres plenty more to be gained (or is that unveiled within me ?) and maybe even a trick or two to share with ya'll...

ALL kiwis ROCK!!! I just sent my girlfriend a copy of Body-Flow to give her a intro to CST. I have yet to meet nicer people than those of NZ, long live the Hungy (I'm sure that is the wrong spelling but you can't beat cooking food under ground :D )!!!
