I just recieved my copy of Warrior Wellness today, i won it off ebay, why someone would sell this DVD I'll never know...

I just went through the beginner program and the feeling I got from doing the mobility work is very diffifult to describe... for the lack of a better description I feel awesome and relaxed throughout.

While doing the exercises i began feeling a heat realase, not like a typical warming from exercise but a deep internal heat... something really different but a truly invigorating feeling, i do a lot of joint mobility work but this program is a true gem... now i can't wait till my clubbell gets here!

I'm really intersted as to how my Muay Thai training tonite and every nite from now on will be affected by Warrior Wellness!

Great work and Thanx Coach Sonnon!

Congrats! Glad you enjoyed it. I can promise you, if you keep going deeper with WW, this is only the beginning. 8)

Report from Muay Thai training

the relaxed limber feeling started in the drive to training, my car seat felt like a layzboy chair... so comfortable (but good posture)

in training kicks were solid as i was able to initiate more of a turn with the rest of my body...knees flew very easily and really solid

the most noticable feeling experienced was the increase in shoulder relaxation... i have been getting good at keeping my shoulders relaxed but they were feeling better than ever today... also been trying dragon twists lately and couldn't quite get them... just tried a few on each side and smooth as can be...

simply an incredible system

Great work!! Please continue to keep us posted on your results.

Have you checked out Fisticuffs? Sounds like Prime Your Bioenergy would really help your standup game. And Coach Wilson is working on a resource to help your kicking game

But you'll continue to get so much out of WW, more and more as you go deeper. Its been a couple years of daily practice for me, and I'm still learning.

Thanks for the update!
