My favorites are:

Raw Hemp Seed Protein
Raw Maca Powder

Power green drinks I make in the morning

And, of course, lot's of fresh air and exercise. I know those are supplements but they make everything else work better.

Also, I would be remiss if I didn't mention Vitalzym, which is the best enzyme supplement, bar none, on the planet.

Peace,

Mark Gailmor

Oh, I forgot to add that I've recently added Vitalzym to my diet and I wont leave the house without E3Live.

That's it!!!

No, too many chemicals in young coconuts. Avocado's I do eat but not a lot of. They are very high in fat. As for honey, it's a big no, no. Honey is highly toxic, screws with your glycemic levels and is an animal product. It's basically regurgitated bee vomit and I wont touch it.

No worries, I'm not a natural hygienist. I do use my dehydrator and make all sorts of raw pies, cakes, pizza's and other dishes. There's plenty of fat in my diet.

Peace,

Mark Gailmor

Jay,

I read a lot of books but that's not one that I've read. I checked on amazon.com and a few of the reviewers call it a bit new agey. Also, it's out of print so forking out $80 for a $20 book is kinda ridiculous. Still, I'll look for it at the library and at half.com.

Thanks,

Mark Gailmor

P.S. I also meant to mention before that I do incorporate virgin coconut oil and lots of sprouts into my diet too. That's where most of the fat in my diet comes from. Only organic oils, avocado's, sprouts, etc. Also, raw nuts, of course.
