Last night I was working on some things my gymnastics coach told me would help in working on handstands. Everytime I fell, I would hop up smiling and trying again. My wife laughs at me, and says, "You're just like a little kid." I immediately thought of this board. :D

And now a Bodyflow question.

1. Should I work on all the basic structures before really getting into the biomechanical exercises?

Thanks in advance,

The biomechanical exercises are about movement, integrated with structure, and breathing. So work on the movements, and use structure and breathing to make them better.
