While practicing the outside vertical shoulder rotations in the begining Warrior Wellness programme I am getting clicking from my shoulders when moving in the reverse direction. It's not painful, but I am concerned about it. Anyone know what this is?

Hi Joe,
Here is an article by Jarlo that will help explain why this happens.
Snap, Crackle, Pop (Why Do Joints Do this?) (http://www.circularstrengthmag.com/26/jarlo.html)

Joe -
Do keep some notes on the progression of that joint noise. You will most likely notice some fluctuation, but the overall progression should be towards less noise. Pay attention also to how smooth and relaxed your movement feels. This may also fluctuate, but it should move towards smoother and more relaxed.
If you notice a progression towards more noise, discomfort, or decreased movement quality, it is worth paying attention to. If you are keeping notes, you will generally find a correlation with stressful or painful events elsewhere in your life. This kind of info can be very useful in long-term injury resolution. :)
