Recently received a few clubbells and have enjoyed the initial workouts.
I found out about clubbells from the DragonDoor forum. I've been tossing the KB's for awhile and do reasonably well on the ballistic movements. However, due to a few rotator cuff injuries the presses were below par. After three weeks with the clubbells the presses with the 1.5 pood KB increased 2 reps. A very nice increase for a 54 year old accountant with some shoulder injuries.
I was skeptical at first but the clubbells are now a permanent part of the program. Ordered another one last week.
