hey tribe!
its easy to get lost in the ventures of life-ignoring body-flow work and play for a while got me worried. today i decided to end the slump sort of say and do some body-flow. i thought well, why not bring the cam and see if i still have it-lol, to my suprise i did rather well -much better then i thought 8)
as always, trying to come up with new chains! and adding new elements into the mix!
put together a small video for the tribe to get a kick out of 8)

damien,
glad you enjoyed it!
well, what it took for me was to rid my self of fear reactivity! it never made as much sense to me in till i felt my self removing it!
warrior wellness practice(movement health heaven) is my essential and most valued practice-as it daily cleans the slate(removes residual tension from your activities) and improves my biomechanical functions!
the concept of moving worse as you age is not set in stone-in fact i now truly believe that i will improve my movement as they years go by! look at Scott for example! how much he has improved over the past few years(amazing)
when i first seen body flow- i knew i was instantly influenced for the better- wanted to move like that-emulation began-practice expanded 8)
creation took place and my personal body-flow practice expanded as well- body flow is great because it gives you all you need to explore and CREATE new chains of movement!
but it does not happen overnight-and starting out can give people a reminder of their fear reactivity :( it happens to many that i see-people get discouraged to release this bodily fear because of their bodily fear- instead of having fun-like a child-and exploring the movements and creating- people i have observed give them selves the blame for their fear reactivity and start to think that they are the problem-as if they cant move in such a way-
what it takes from my experience is to really give it an effort and most importantly have fun while doing it-enjoy the progress-enjoy the steps to your potential-riding the rainbow sort of say 8)
like any venture in life-fear is the only thing to truly dwarf your progress-unless you truly have a biomechanical deficiency :(
anybody can achieve the simple fun movements i demonstrated in the video! in fact with the practice-patients and will power- any one can go way beyond my efforts  i only hope to set a much better example as time goes by-the people who have influenced me for the better to venture in such practice and fun healthy living will never know how happy i am to have crossed their paths!
the tribe is where we can set our examples and influence people for the better! that's a great thing! i dare you to have more fun then me! then what do you think will happen-the fun will spread- the flow will flow!
your desires to move better if strong and exciting will create the solutions for you! the tools are already here on this website! all it takes is your desire and will!
wage fun my friend! life is great when one is having fun 8)

Max - That rocked, man. You just keep getting better! I can see how your play time at the gymnastics place is paying off. The "secret ab training" is pretty cool too.

Max, that was exactly what I needed today. I've been jonesing for a new Max video for a while. A lot more flips in this one. That circus training has absolutely made you more comfortable with them.
As always: excellent!

thanks
just thought i would mention this>> i modified the backflips to land really low to the ground-as you can see i use my hands to help out with this- the reason for landing lower from the back flips is to make the chain smoother when i enter the worm! if i was landing upright i would need to spend more time entering the wave movement!
once again glad this vid is enjoyed! this tottally gets me excited about going back to work tomorrow! hope i will be 100 % i got shinai fliming this afternoon and its intese to say the least!
