I am getting ready to order my clubbells this weekend and am going to get the CST book/video as well. I was wondering which other book to get as a companion - body-flow or warrior wellness. I do to get some joint pains when working out the shoulder and was going to start light most likely on the clubbells (most likely the 10lb ones but maybe the 5lbs.) but would like to do something besides the clubbells to help out the my overall joints. Any advice would be great.
Thanks,
Luis

llara,
Warrior Wellness is a 3 set video series (beg, int, adv) for ROM and joint health. Body Flow is both a book and also a set of videos, two seperate items. From your post, and your stated interest in overall joint health, I suggest the WW videos as a very good foundation for all the CB exercises. Body Flow (the book) will give you more of the scientific/philosophical basis for Coach Sonnon's Biomechanical Exercises, which are pictured in the book and demonstrated on the videos.
And if you have any joint pain when doing the WW ROM exercises, I'd start out with the 10s and work up. There is no hurry, in fact, one of the central tenets of all of Coach Sonnon's work is smooth and slow.
Good luck!

Thanks, for the great info and advice. I was leaning towards the 10 lb's clubbell myself. I will definitely look into getting the warrior wellness tapes since I have seen such good reviews on it throughout the forum. Thanks again,
Luis
