I have a really nice morning routine right now. I meditate, do WW intermediate, body flow, then dog walking/running. In the afternoon, I am going to try to meditate during some free time at work 8) . I do more dog walking and clubbells . I would like to add Be Breathed to my routine. I would like some input as to when the best time would be and if I should adjust my schedule. As I have one more week before school starts, I would like to start now so it is less of a jolt.

Would it be better to do BB in the morning and body flow in the afternoon? I wonder which of the two would be more relaxing and which would be more invigorating. I am thinking that I should do the more invigorating one in the am to help get my day started and the more relaxing one after my afternoon walk and clubbells to bring me back down for the evening. I do not want to do something that is going to keep me up. I tend to go to bed early  . Thanks, Ann Margaret

I think you're on the right track to think of "energy systems." Personally, I feel much better with lower intensity in the morning and all-out between 4 and 8 pm. But working hard late keeps me up too.

Probably there's no shortcut to the need for trial and error. I like to block out the times in my schedule and when the time comes, put in the exercise that my log shows me I need, that matches my energy at the time.

Now that you mention it, it's amazing how many more time slots I have for exercise than I did before RMAX. I now have:

30 minutes before breakfast
15 minutes afternoon break
15-20 minutes before dinner
30 minutes before bed.

Not all of them every day but at least 3 every day! big change for me.
