This has been a particularly bad summer for me (I live in New Hampshire). For some reason my allergies have left me with really low energy. I have been having difficulties doing strenuous exercises. I have been too fatigued to do my clubbell exercises and have only picked them up about three times since the end of June. I have been doing Warrior wellness and Be Breathed to keep myself going. I also got Steve Barnes tape “The 5 Minute Miracle” and have been doing the 5 Tibetans every day. This seems to help with my energy.

I heard from a friend in the area who is also a Martial arts teacher and he was complaining about the same problem. He said it was getting to be an effort for him to get into the dojo every day and teach. This is a guy who is used to some very serious practice. We are both going to a seminar with a nutritional counselor this weekend and hoping he will help us with some adjustments to our diets.

Maybe it is just the weather in New Hampshire but I was wondering if any one else out there was experiencing the same thing this summer and if so what steps you were taking.

Roland,

I see more and more people under the weather recently in the NYC area. Lucky I have a strong immune system. I hope you feel better and get enough rest and proper food, brother.

Yours in CST,
Bao

Roland-
In Massachusetts we have had a lot of humidity which seems to have depleated alot of people's energy this summer. Even my non-stop daughter has slowed down quite a bit. I'm no expert but it seems that when I am drier I feel better in my sinuses and lungs and all over.

I hope you feel better soon.
in peace,
dianne

Roland, Same thing happening here in Vermont. A lot of my friends have been complaining about low energy and the humidity. I have been having difficulty keeping my running going. It seems that pratically every morning the humidity is up in the 90's. Thank heavens for the 40 degrees we have had the past 3 nights :D . Here's to a drier fall. BTW, keeping your water intake high does seem to help a bit, but you probably already know that  On the days when it is really hot and humid, I begin thinking Greenland souns nice  Ann Margaret

Same here, but then I think about how tough it would be doing swipes wearing 5 layers of Wool Pants. Not fun :?

Sean, As this will be my first winter doing Clubbells, I expected I would be wearing all those wool pants anyway! I live at the foot of the Green Mountains. Ann Margaret
