Sounds fun :)

I've done similar things in ROSS where we'd get into Push-up position, lay our feet laces down, and then drag our bodies across the mats on different parts of our hands and wrists. Some of these (Seal Walk etc.) are demonstrated in Maximology and The Grappler's Toolbox. (http://www.profcs.com/app/aftrack.asp?afid=102236) They're fun because the burn-out you feel in your wrists/hands keep you from being able to focus on the upper body pain/work  (until the next day that is  )

Brian, Coach Szolek, and others,
I checked it out and after a long run back through many different websites I finally found what I was looking for that answered the question on doing those glide drills, plus the site has a load of other things that can aid you in doing your BWE. Here's the link to the PowerWheel:

I train several women who do martial arts and am always looking for things that will use their own body weight. I find this type of exercise very effective....most people don't realize how difficult they are. These are great and will be used this morning with them. I use paper plates for other gliding exercises and these can be added in to the group.
