I just want to say clubbells rock! I'm a full time student who also works two jobs part-time and I don't have a lot of time to train. I practice (more like 'dabble in', lately) jiujitsu and boxing and I do all my strength and endurance work at my apartment. Clubbells are the latest thing I've added.
I've only had my CBs for a couple of weeks and I can already feel the benefits on my grip strength and shoulder stability. I injured my rotator cuff 12 years ago playing sports and my shoulder joint has never been the same. The CB movements have really strengthened that area and made my shoulder joint feel more 'solid". I really like the parry-cast.
I actually use the CB's as a study-aid. When I'm studying and I find myself really tired, I'll swing the CBs for 5 or so minutes and I'm energized. It's better than a strong cup of coffee! Anyhoo, back to the books. Finals are coming....arrrrgh!!!
