Coach Sonnon,
I am new to the site here. I have a question regarding your philosophy of strength training ? Do you feel that training exclusivly with clubbells and kettlebells will produce the maxium possible results or are you of the belief that clubbells and kettlebells intergarted with other strength training devices (strength bands, dumbells, barbells, plyometrics to name a few) will be of the most benefit to the strength trainee ?

Maximum possible results... for what? Unless training for an equipment specific strength sport (obviously), some train exclusively with Clubbells and produce maximum results for comprehensive physical culture. Some go the integrated multi-apparati route as well. What are your specific goals?

That's a big question. I go into it a little in my interview in CST mag this month. Coach is right, hard to answer in less then a book without more specifics.

Thanks for responding-my specific goal is to build as much functional strength as possible while maintaining a high level of athelticism
