i figured i might as well put in my 2cents...

this was my wife and i's first rmax gathering. i had purchased a couple books, dvds, and some clubbells right when i got back from iraq about 2 months ago. i had read body flow and the cst book. i had watched integrating structure and softwork. i had been doing beginner warrior wellness for a little over a month and had been just having fun with my new clubs for close to the same amount of time. plus i have been lurking on this site and reading all the online articles from right around when the online magaizne started. my wife had been doing warrior wellness with me, but other than that she just listens to me talk about all this stuff all the time.

that being said this past weekend was really good for the both of us. for me, particularly, it put things in perspective. you can read and watch, which is good if that is all you can do, but i feel you can not substitute for a good partner/coach. you make think you have something right, but you could be continuously repeating incorrect form. everyone there was very generous in helping me with my little snags in movement. secondly, i dont know if i would have ever really tried catch-22 if not having tried it this past weekend, and i found it to be one of the biggest surprises this event. i loved it. you get exposed to so much by getting the chance to be around so many different people that that alone makes events like this worth going to.

i would again like to thank all attendees, especially the instructors for a great training event at a beautiful park. i look forward to getting down and dirty with you guys again in the future.

Very Respectfully,

Brian M. Mandock

Brian,

Thanks for the feedback. It was a pleasure meeting and talking to you and your wife. It was a really great day for us instructors to be able to give our knowledge and experience to all of you. We had such a great time too and hopefully look forward to see you again in the near future at another workshop. Keep up the good work!!!!

Take care,
