Yesterday I did a Hill run on the Treadmill. I thought I was going to die, but I did not..??? I have not did anything particular "cardio" in 2 months. I am actually wondering why I was able to do ok?

My weight training is low reps with long rest periods.

I do Clubbells, could this have helped?

Jay,

CST and Clubbells allow you to stimulate the physiological profile of any activity. Your Clubbell Training obviously increased your circulo-respiratory endurance... and probably contributed to the synergy of full-bodily flow in your run.

When running up hill do I want to keep my speed slow?? or try to work on speed while getting up the hill?

Usually I work on a slow, comfortable pace, while working up tougher hills??
