I am in the process of compiling my christmas list andhave a question.
I currently have the following tapes: Bebreathed, CBT4CS, and Body flow. My training is mainly kettlebell training with some clubbell work. I practice superjoints, selected bodyflow exercises and standing meditation. My goals are to be healthy, strong and energetic. Now for my question. I am considering buying Warrior Wellness but was also looking at the Z tapes and noticed the same pictures in the info. Is there much overlap between the two series? and which series would you recommend I start with?

Thanks

Rick.

IMO, it depends on what type of person you are in terms of your training mindset.

If your goal is to just achieve results, without worrying about the "why" then perhaps the Warrior Wellness tapes are best for you.

If on the other hand you haave a nagging feeling to know all about the stuff you are doing, a compulsion to understand the "why"... then perhaps the Zdorovye tapes are best.

I like the Zdorovye tapes the best myself, though there is a lot of material there, and if you are just in the mood to follow along with a tape and get some work in, they can be a bit time consuming to sift through. Luckily, the Warrior Wellness tapes are around for that.

If I were you... what I might do is buy the Zdorovye tapes... then stretch my budget just a bit and get the first Warrior Wellness tape. the Warrior Wellness tapes are progressive... so you'll likely have to spend some time on the first tape anyway, before being ready for the later tapes.

WW is a specific set of exercises that has been designed for people to follow along.

Zdorovye is the encyclopedia of exercises that WW is culled from.

If you like to create your own routines Zdorovye is for you. If not then WW is the ticket.

There is so much information in Zdorovye that it may leave you wondering where to start. WW gets its exercises from Z. It is a good place to start. If you are looking for further exploration then tapes like Body-Flow and Maximology also build on Z. Really its up to you, do you want to start from ground zero and build your own programs based on Z or do you want to use whats already out there.

I have both. Started with Zhealth series then warrior wellness. I think both are good investment.Warrior wellness gave me some ideas on how to link various movments. Probably could develop own routines from Zhealth with some thought and trial and error. If I had to pick I would start with Zhealth. Ideally, purchase both. Warrior wellness is a great tool to show others what BME is all about.
