Evening Folks,
Perhaps some more space-cadet considerations but:
What effects do you consider may be detrimental / gained by eating a small amount of Omega-3-rich food source some 20 minutes prior to one's meal ?
Any takers?
Cheers
Randell. :D
None.
Don't get me wrong, I'm a big believer, 6 tabs a day of high grade 0m3 a day. But, fat metabolism is far too slow for the Om3 to actually 'do anything' in 20 minutes. To get the benefits of Om3 it's just consistent consumption. To get the "satiety" benefit of a higher "good fat" diet you shouldn't need to do anything 20 minutes out. The effect should last from meal to meal.
