sorry if posted already!

I am in the process of reading my BodyFlow book and can't wait to get into it. But I have been training in grappling for some time now and from all of the grappling, also my bad posture habits and other things I have alot of achey joints.

First off my neck is jacked
right knee from torn ACL back in '98
my shoulder aches from a dislocation back in June
my upper back(which ties into the neck problem) aches, pinched nerve
and now my lower back from sitting wrong all day and trying to pop it.

I"m thinking of getting this and doing it everyday in the morning or before bed.

I'm thinking this program will really help me.

Any thoughts, inputs, advice....etc..thanks

In my opinion, WW is the most helpful thing Ive run across from Coach Sonnon, and is indispensable for someone who does alot of hard training.

I too , have a long list of injuries- I ve popped both my knees, ganked my back, got an ankle severely hurt from an ankle crank, and had a four year period where any training was almsot impossbile due to back and neck problems. Add to this flat feet and a job that requires standing in one place all day long, and WW has been a lifesaver. I ahve MUCH less joint pain now than I did when I began WW about six months ago, by knees are much more stable than before and rarely hurt me, my back and neck are likewise very much improved.

I cant recommend WW highly enough

Ditto everything Jimmy said. WW got me over )stiff neck from a series of injuries dating back 30 years, )stiff knees dating back 20 years, )jacked elbows and shoulders from grappling, )pulled shoulder tendons from inappropriate use of weights, )partial heelhook, )shoulder dysfunctions from nerve pinches. That's just the list of cures. No telling what all it's prevented. Then there's the overall ease and synchronicity of motion I enjoy, entirely inappropriate for a 57yo by cultural standards (but not by tribe standards).

I recommend WW for anyone who has joints, no matter what you're doing with them.

Combining WW with reading Sarno's book has eliminated 90% of the chronic pain i've been experiencing in my lower back, neck and elbow.

Total investment, approximately $50, plus the practice time, of course.

How's that sound?
