I am honored to make this announcement personally. This is a long time coming. Steve and I just got off the phone after discussions with some preliminary details.

Multiple time World BJJ Champion and premier athletic conditioning guru Steve Maxwell and I will be conducting a one day workshop on Sunday, November 27th in Philadelphia, PA at Steve's Maxercise Gym (www.maxercise.com).

The collaborative event will comprise Steve teaching his elite multi-equipment and unique bodyweight conditioning: power at its most elite, functional level. I shall be teaching the essentials of how to transform mobility into physical culture's most elusive virtue of athletic flow.

The seminar will be held on Sunday, Nov. 27th from 9am to 1pm at Maxercise, 707 Chestnut St., Philadelphia, PA 19106.
The cost is $200 if registered before Nov 21st. It will be $250 after the 21st. The fee can be paid by credit card or check through RMAX International.

If you are interested to participate in the POWER FLOW seminar then you can REGISTER NOW ONLINE (http://www.profcs.com/app/netcart.asp?MerchantID=39863&ProductID=2540695)!

If your looking for the optimal method of waking up and working off that holiday tryptophan, as well as having a physical experience of a lifetime, stay tuned!

I am totally stoked at the idea of doing a collabrotive effort with Coach Sonnon. I have been incorporating and using his Body Flow and Clubbell techniques for some time now with all my jiujitsu students and personal training clients. I look forward to working with one of the most outstanding teachers in the field. It will be a memorable learning experience for all who attend. I hope to see you there.

Any chance of a clarification on what is going to be covered?

Thanks,

Rufus

Rufus,

Steve will be able to describe what he will be presenting better than I.

What I will be presenting is an intimate setting of client assessment on unlocking specific bound areas restricting flow through the Spider Monkey and Tumbleweed kinetic chains (chain selection may change in light of group dynamic). The presentation will comprise specific 'stages' of range of motion increases, proprioceptive enhancement, appropriate breath integration, and picking up strength deficits along 'leaking' tension chains. The presentation will mostly be one on one work, while the rest of the group continues to work through their unique issues locking down their potential.

I look foward in meeting you all and I am comming down my friend and practice member Rafi Nasser. See you all soon and please travel safely. Murdock if you are going to be there. You better break bread with me in Chinatown Philly. I know an awesome Vietnamese resturant. Be well. Oh yeah, does anyone want to break bread with me? lol. If you got the cash, the time, and the stomach, it would be cool breaking bread with guys after the seminar.
