I have not been very present here for a while but I am back and hope to me a more active poster. I've been recovering from a seperated shoulder (seperated it about 3 months ago almost as good as new) and during that time my practice fell way off. I restarted my martial arts training at the beginning of the month and restarted my warrior wellness and some none shoulder angering exercise about a week ago. Now the I have gotten everyone up to date I have a question that I could use a more experienced point of view on. I have found that when a turn my head to the left in my neck mobility portion of WW I get a twang of pain in my left trap and continues down the left side of my ribs I think it is a pinched nerve. What would be the best method or repairing this? Should I just keep doing my neck mobility drills until it works itself out? Thanks
