I wanted to tell you how much I have benifitted from your books, tapes, clubbells, etc. I have an oppertunity to move out to the Pacific Northwest and I was curious what city and state your school is located in. Thanks again and hopefully I will be able to train with you in the future.

Not a week goes by when I don't call on to coach's training in all sorts of occasions.
Fear is now chased away, replaced by calm and self-confidence. In all these occasions, I've never felt like a test animal pushing back the frontier of physical discomfort to prove a physical training theory. Instead, I feel Mr. Sonnon leads from the front, charging ahead of me.
That's the way it should be, thanks buddy.
I do hope I will meet y'all someday in person

I rarely, if ever, conduct public training any longer due to my schedule. There are plenty of competent coaches in the PNW.
