Hi Everybody.
Well its been a little over a month since I started doing Rmax material in earnest. Its been an interesting departure from my previous physical fitness work (except for Kettlebells, that have some similarities). I've been WW'ing on a daily basis and have started the intermediate program. My joint mobility was pretty good prior to starting but it has increased a great deal since I started (Thanks Coach Sonnon).
I've also dug right into the CST program, having bought a pair of 10's and a pair of 15's. Right now I'm working on a density program with the 15's and have found strength increases already..:)
Just got done watching the Softwork DVD and I have to say its impressive! My questions of the day is as follows. How often are CST and Softwork seminars held? and What are the pre-requirements for enrolling in one of these seminars?
Yes, I've become a Rmax, junkie.....and am looking for a "fix". Thanks a lot Coach Sonnon.

David,

Welcome to a great journey.

Read these 3 articles to help address your questions:
What is Fitness? (http://www.circularstrengthmag.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7533)
What is Flow in Fitness? (http://www.circularstrengthmag.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7702)
What is Flow in Fighting? (http://www.circularstrengthmag.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7980)
CST is the practice of RMAX's martial art systems called "FlowFighting." Daily personal practice of CST is your 'work' to develop in the martial, in other words. When the Hardwork DVD releases very soon as the companion to the Softwork DVD, much more will be revealed.

The CST seminar prerequisites are listed at www.circularstrength.com/cbcert.html (scroll down). Enroll now as this seminar is already half full!!

Enjoy the process!
