View Full Version : Hello From Toronto, Canada
I just ordered my clubbells and instruction material a few days ago. Can't wait to receive it. Looking to use the Ideas to help rehab myself; mostly my back. It's very tight, and lost quite a bit of movement.
Looking forward to great info, to broaden my knowledge in the function of the human body.
Mental Note: I must not only research new things, but try them out as well!

Hello JPM:
Welcome to CST Forum:
You will find that things like Warrior Wellness, combined with CB's will greatly aid in helping you not only overcome your back pain, but understand it too.
To that I would add, read "healing back pain" by John Sarno, from cover to cover (it's a short book) and you can kiss that back pain goodbye. Then with CST and CB you can make it the strongest, most supple and pliable and reliable back any human could hope to have.
Please tap the resouces here and good luck.
yours
John H. Myers, CST, RKC.

JP:
Greetings and good health. Welcome to this community. I hope and wish you much success with your new Clubbells® and its instructional materials. I might add that Body Flow videos, Be Breathe, and Warrior Wellness would be a great future investment. BodyFlow is quite a radical and heavy duty paradigm shift for me so be prepare to see things differently after applying BodyFlow. I am still trying to understand it myself. LOL. If rehab is your main concern, please check the other forums which specifically addresses your concerns and place your questions there. Your success is our success.
Your Friend in CST,
Bao
