Andrew Usher just sent this clip over from editing the upcoming release of the companion set: Hardwork DVD. In this clip, you will find a succinct explanation on the structure of striking in FlowFighting, and a very painful demonstration of the incredible impact of stored elastic energy, structural alignment and core activation. It wasn't part of the official presentation. I like to circulate at seminars to make sure that I work with everyone, and the camera captured a great little clip here.

Special thanks to Greame Smith, a monstrously large Systema instructor with huge heart who participated with another great Systema instructor, Paul O'Hara. In the video is also David Nicol, a student of Andrew Usher and martial art prodigy who will be attending CST Iota to earn his wings.

Am looking so forward to March allready. The softwork seminar has motivated me like never before to work on my personal daily practice - truely inspiring stuff!
And if anyone doubts the effectiveness of clubbells then i suggest they take a light strike from Coach - it's rather ..... persuading ;-) Looking forward to seeing more of the footage....
Kind regards

Coach Sonnon,
We have to know when this new Hard Works product is going to be avaliable. From the clip it looks like another great series of information to work on. If I know a date when it will be coming out so I can save for it and have the money ready for when it first becomes available. Thanks for all the great material. I already have every tape you have made besides the new Intu-Flow that just came out and I am preparing to order that also. I already have a lifetime of things to work on yet it is always nice to see the new ideas you come up with. Thanks

Coach Sonnon
Thank you for the information I truly look forward to the new material and expanding my areas of play. On a personal note it is fun seeing my young kids mimic me and make up movements of their own when I am practicing my bodyflow. Kids sure can remind us how to have fun in our own personal practice.
Sincerely,
Ryan

It was delayed considerably. Our apologies. We've resolved the issue and RMAX should be making announcements within a couple days!!
