i was instructed to this website because i was told that people here know what they are talking about. My problem is in the lower back, it is only when i do forward bends or intense forward stretch(yoga is my art of choice at the moment), the pain is right on the spine right in-between the hips, just about where the spine lumbar spine meets the sacrum(I would be more specific but I haven’t been to the doc), I have lost a lot of flexibility in my forward movement, but not overall flexibility, back bends ands splits are otherwise fine, I do get pain when I do reverse crunches, I really haven’t done anything in the past two months cause of this injury and cause of right knee tendonitis( back pain is also on the right side), I more or less want to know if this type of injury sounds like a herniated disc( and is so can it be popped back in)
also are club bells movements like kettle balls, I tried doing some browsing but couldn’t get a clear answer…could maybe tell me which one I should go for…kettle balls are the direction I want to head in but right now because of money I cant get any
