I was wondering the differene between the Zdorovye videos and those movements found in Warior Wellness, Body-Flow, and Maximology?

I am not well-versed in biomechanical exercise, but the Zdorovye tapes seem to present simple movements, circles, waves, infinities, screwing movements, and co-ordination of breathing, whereas the exercises in bodyflow are more complex.
For example, in Be Breathed, you're told that in order to do the third exercise, you have to do a spinal wave. I had no idea what to do. In Zdorovye, you are shown a progression of how to do two different spinal waves, and then you work on waves through the legs and arms.
I probably haven't done it justice.
