Tried the first 10 exercises in Coach Szoleks book last night. Its funny I have been doing exercises with both hands and with one hand, but never used both hands on one CB. Different appeal to it. Stronger with it of course, but great overall power one feels. Started off doing 10-20 reps of each exercise. Will try the second ten exercises tomorrow. Have to rest the wrists today. Since I play around with Ironmind Grippers all day at work. Do CB workout at night and also Nail bending. I started with the 20pd CB on the 2 arm exercises to get a lot of the form down straight.
