Hey there all,
I've recently received my first pair of 10lb. Clubbells®, the Circular Strength book and video and the Body-Flow™ book and video series. Unfortunately I can't put them to full use just yet because I'm recovering from an elbow injury, radial head is unstable with decreased ROM in flexion, extension, and pronation . The PT just told me I can start strengthening and stabilizing the radial head. He OKed push-ups, pull-ups, screw-ups on my knees, swimming . I wonder if I can incorporate Clubbell® exercises or more body flow work into the rehab and if so wich ones?
