Tonight my practice member Jon Manchester told me how his personal practice of Warrior Wellness, BodyFlow, and CST inside the gym is attracting attention among his peers. Jon Manchester is a baby boomer and an excellent CST/RMAX practice member. During the past weekend while at the gym, he drew attention to himself while practicing. His peers inside the gym were utterly amazed of his personal practice of WW and the personalized bodyflow kinetic chains I gave him. He even managed to catch the attention of a personal trainer and explained CST/clubbell training. Jon is not CST instructor. He is a man who simply enjoys the process of self mastery. He spoke confidently about RMAX and CST liked the way I taught him. I am so proud to see the changes and how the excellence of WW continues to change people. I just wanted to write how lucky I am to have Jon as a loytal practice member and how you made me felt so proud when you shared your CST/RMAX experience with strangers. Keep up the good work and share your light my friend. Good job and continue the great work in CST!

Your friend,
Bao

Evening Bao,

I feel the same with my kids at school - I often use them to introduce teachers and other adults that come into the school to have a gander at this CST stuff - the kids very often blow them away with their enthusiasm and abilities - "like an old grandfather I am !!!!"

All the very best, Bao.

Cheers
Randell. :D :D :D
