Hi
I heard that powerlifters sometimes have shooting pains in their knees from thier loads used. It goes away after a while, no big deal.
I have shooting pains going threw my forarms and wrists from the load I place on them during lifting, since most things are centered around my grip. Its goes away and not always occuring, but irratating when it happens. THe importance of cycing cannot be over looked big time. Anyone else have this happen too?
